Yesterday I had given sample of urine for examination , result came and it was I think shocking micro albumin is 1956.79 . What is this .

My age is 55 and I am diabetic. Again urine examination routine shows proteins 2+

My bs level is under control it was 107 and 121.

Is that means my kidney has damaged or it may me cured ? Please ans I am afraid too

First get the same examined again in a reputed hospital. That kind of level is very abnormal & I just don't want to scare you. Your best friend is your nephrologist & consult him. Your sugar level is under control & therefore, this micro albumin cannot be solely attributed to diabetes.

D/ Rajeev I again got tested in lalpathlabs and now it was 1234 that means 700 something has come down. Now my Dr has prescribed me for kidney function test

and told me that it may be due to some vitamin I am taking. Thanks for your advice.

your question is not very clear. So please specify whether it was of 24 hrs urinary protein ? Is there urinary infection or other diesease associated.Have Serum Creatinine,Urea along with Urine C&S.To exclude Diabetic Nephropathy.
