These are just supplements only. If you are a diabetic, better to test and confirm your sugar levels and if it is more, then better to consult a doctor and do according to his advice.

That may work. But also try adding a tea spoon of Tikki powder (cinamon) to your tea/coffee. That will take care of sugar and BP as well. Try eating 10 nos. strawberry after meals. All the best.

Purchase a glucometer, and then experiment with the advice of your friends. initially it may be ok but with time, it may stop working as there is further degradation.
