Name LONG WHEAT is an existing name & can be seen printed on packets!
Some pundits suspected that I am a grain-trader & coined a new name for some grain as LONG WHEAT to cheat the diabetic patients! Alas!!

DEFINITELY NOBODY SHOULD SUSPECT. YOU ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT SERVICE TO ALL.
dear SG, Anil also marketing broken long wheat. Who knows to certify the product. Why they cant sell the whole wheat itself.
By way of selling broken wheat they can do anthing....?
Sorry sir for the delay in replying. Glad to know that the availability of Long Wheat is increasing. I wish all success in his noble endeavour.
One answer to your question (why they cant ...) is that profit on unit of sale is more.
Another may be that selling whole wheat will mean that they have accepted my point.
My response on the last question is that a common buyer will find it very difficult to ascertain the genuineness of the product.
Yes sir, It is very difficult when sold as broken wheat at Rs 45 to 50 per 500gms. It will not be the real long wheat but they will mix or not use at all. The real long wheat is slightly dark in colour and is lengthy in size. It cost around 80 to 100 in Bangalore.
My Fbs is 111 today from 108 and varies but with in limits.
I am active ,thanks all of you.

Yes, the cost of unbroken LW is similar here also.
The conventional U/L of FBS as you know is 100. My humble request is to do some fine tuning and keep FBS below 100. It will certainly give better health & longevity. You will be more active then. It is nature's limit, not man mde.
Thank you Mr.SG, I will try my best to keep below 100.
It may be also age related ( 75 yrs completed) My wife is 73 yrs, we both are Diabetic. She has 97 now and i am only varying because i take 90ml /day. But this is not spiking the BS as i used it for long period . Again thanks for your concern.
