Some are taken before food and some afterwards.The doctor will give precise instructions which have to be followed strictly.

My doctor prescribed a tablet to be taken after breakfast only,after examining my FBS,PPBS ,A1C and home records of three months.I believe it is case specific and best left to the doctor's decision.

There are many so called confident claims to cure diabetes. Other one is immune boosting drugs. Believe me their is no miracle drug available in the world where large percentage of population is suffering from this desease which primarily our own creation due due changed life style and want of luxuries and materialistic pleasure without moving our limbs. Since it is not a desease but disorder created by us only it does not have any permanent cure in the form of medicine. The only permanent cure is that we should excersise sufficuently and eat healthy food with just sufficient calories our body needs to do our daily chore. You do this simple practice and see it gone already.
Absolutely agree with you. Diabetes is NOT CURABLE.. Earlier also many such ppl came and made such claims, on this forum...

Well said Narasimhan. The neem will introduce the factor called Liver dullness. Unless a diabetologist of any system of medicine or a nutrition specialist with experimental result we cannot take Neel for long time.Neam of course reduces requirement of insulin during digestion but, no on has experience of quantifying the dosage. Arginine is for heart.and it contains sucrose through Grape skin ripples.Diabetes is NOT CURABLE. By the time you think of alternative ones Metformin would have caused enough damage to Pancreas.

Diabetes is NOT curable and I stand with it.
Its the non or reduced functioning of beta cells of pancreas, which leads to reduced production of INSULIN, resulting in, sugar in blood not getting metabolised, hence increased sugar levels in the Blood.
Vitamins, proteins or any nutrient DO not help in those cells to grow,.Its a myth created to encash the trouble of Diabetic patients.
Research even going on in stem-cells, transplant of beta cells from animals, still inconclusive.
Freinds please dont get misled with miracle drugs.Claiming miracle drugs,is a legal offence in our country LAWS.

For my wife Dr.has prescribed Insulin before food and tablets after food.I am not sure about total cure, but with sufficient restraint with food,sweating exercises,peace of mind etc Diabetics is manageable.
Manageable but don't be misled that D can be controlled completely.

Diabetic is not curable.Tension,worry,obesity is main reason for increasing risk of diabetes. We can roast rice and then eat boiled rice., carbohydrade in some % will be removed. Take breakfast, meals on time, eat 1/2 Apple a day. Donot sleep at day time.Lower your intake i.e chapati/Roti thin in size. Donot eat groundnut/penut.
