it is very good ,burn the fat

Exercise is good for diabetics. If going to a gym is convenient and suitable for you,you should go ahead.By exercising, you burn up calories, exhaust the sugar accumulated in the body cells,so that the sugar in the blood stream can then enter the cells and reduce blood sugar level.Controlled diet and regular exercise go a long way to manage your diabetes.

Dear Mr Bindu Marali! I have seen your query as to the usefulness of undertaking physical exercise in a gym. For me any exercise is good for all people of all ages particularly for people suffering sugar and bp as well. When I was young I used to go to gym. Even now I have been undertaking little yoga little pranayama.little physical exercise and also brisk walking. But with no bias towards any kind I feel that with my limited understanding the best would be Yoga asanas for the simple reason it consists of an element of medical therapy. Another good positive thing is that it also takes care of the health of the mind to a great extent

Dear GNJanbaz,

Your blood sugar values & medication details indicate that your diabetes condition is high. Most of the suggestions here are based on personal experience. Unfortunately all things do not work alike in all people. After following any, some or all suggestions finally when you feel that you are cured of diabetes, please get an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) done at a good lab and compare the result with

healthunlocked.com/diabetes... MYPOST3 OGTT2

healthunlocked.com/diabetes... MYPOST4 GRAPH OF OGTT1&2 and report the same here for the benefit of other patients here.

If you fail to reach such a state follow the LWMDR which cured my DM2 in three years.

TAKING MEDICINES ALONE WILL NOT BRING DOWN BLOOD SUGAR ALWAYS. THAT IS WHY PATIENTS ARE FORCED TO MOVE FROM EXERCISE TO DIET CONTROL TO LOW DOSE TABLETS TO HIGHER DOSE TABLETS TO INSULIN INJECTION AND COMBINATIONS OF THESE. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR FOOD HABITS & LIFE STYLE ALSO TEMPORARILY TILL CURE.

Regular visiting Gym. is certainly good . But you can lower your medicines intake by adopting LCHF Diet.

not exactly. Proper diet with exercise may help you. Please not that over exercise will damage your body cells which will regenerate after some more time as you are a diabetic. before starting any exercise like treadmills etc. consult your doctor , also tell your gym trainer that you are a diabetic and suggest proper exercise.

you ay control/cure your Sugar Level by having regular diet , Ayurvedic Aushadhies
