My hba1c is 9.5. I take 50 units insulin in the day and 60 units at bedtime.
What do you recommend when I take the 50 insulin units?
My diet is not in accordance with diabetes recommendations.
I walk between 1/4 to 1/2 mile three or four times per week.

Anup is right. Please start LCHF diet. You can achieve normal rage. I was diagnosed before 40 day ago with Hba1c 11.7 . My doctor started with insulin (morning 15U ,Evening 10 U) and medicine. 25 day ago i started LCHF and doctor closed insulin within week. Now my BG is under control. I am monitoring my BS since last 35 days(tested more then 90 time).

Yes, I will. Now my fbs is between 85 to 110 since last 15 days and ppbs
between 115 to 160(Accu chek, which mostly show high value up to 15%). Looking for more info about triglycerides. It would be great if you share any useful link.
