How? Unless you provide specifics you post is confusing.
Nothing to confuse, I know very well that intake of carbohydrates definitely increases sugar levels, it will be attacked mostly in middle age because just changes in endocrine system such as, thyroid, uterus problems, liver etc, due to the speed of age we neglects this issues simultaneously they attacks on several ways nothing else, who understand this scenario, won't get any problems, they takes some precautions. In journey of life. My sugar levels comin down, why means I am not taking carbohydrates, so naturally not getting weight also, lean personality, brown rice, foxtail millets dishes, peas, apples, nuts, grapes, papaya, oranges I have been eating, mr.bread in u.s.a also okey, once I saw that buckwheat floor which consists 55 percent of magnesium and controls sugar level, unfortunately this is not widely in use, magnesium rich foods controls appetite, I have been drinking half glass of milk at night because of fear of low sugars, once my waist was broken due to low sugars, in other hand I have been trying to change the constitution of pancreas through homeopathy, results will be in November I am confident that my results will be at my estimation levels, drinking more coffee, and buttermilk to suppress hungry. After November I have tested my sugar levels. 2 times they are7.2 and 7.3
I remmber u were following lwmdr, is it due to it?
Even I followed long wheat diet for 12 months. I had some constipation and thyroid problem. Just now discontinued the diet. But I had benefit of reducing diabetic medicine.
How did u eat that long wheat, it's coming some smell and milky watery like substance, unable to chew, it is difficult to eat, in 2007 March, I was diagnosed with high sugar level, hba1 9.7., then I started both eng and homeo, miraculous, in sep 2007'. My sugar levels. Ppbs 73. Fbss 83, I think it fully cured and neglected on homeo, depended on eng meds only the result is now again, 9.8'. Now again I started homeo with the same doctor, I am very hopeful on his treatment, because he is an eng doctor, on his own interest he studied homeo also to cure the diseases permanently, what medicine he has been giving I don't know, again he told me that test sugar levels in November or December, let us wait and see the results
Is your thyroid cured, hyper or hypo, I was suffered from hyper, then with homeo, asana for thyroid and zinger tea fully controlled my thyroid disorder, I am on fully homeo medicine for this thyroid, eng doctor not believing this effect, even his eyes, he suggested me methimizoz 10 mg three times a day after, using twenty days, all body itching, swelling not even unable to wear the bangles, unable write with pen, then immediately stopped eng meds, now perfectly okey with my thyroid with in 1 month with homeo"' now the homeo doctor feeling that I have been using eng meds for thyroid and told me not to stop till he say, eng doctor also feeling that I am continuing that eng meds for thyroid, and he also told me not to stop , I said okey to both of the doctors
Dear Malliswari
I am a type 2 diabetic since year 2004. I am 55 now. I had been for the last 6 years having Galvasmet and diamicron and eating rice and in the night chapatis. I am a veg as well. Never my sugar level was in the acceptable range. Always above 200.
I found this forum and read Mr. George's LW plan. I started having long wheat kanji both morning and evening since Dec 2015. For lunch I have rice (two bowls - one with sambar and one with curd plus veg Kareena). I have no issues with LW kanji and I am fine with it.
I take insulin 15 units in the morning before LW kanji. Also have Diapride 2mg tab as advised by my doctor.
Now almost every time I check my sugar level it is in the range of 130 to 150 in fasting and the PP ranges from 170 to 210.
I eat HF nuts as evening snacks (badam, pista & almond). No fruits. I rarely take tea or coffee during the day except once in the morning without sugar.
I am worried. Can any one suggest what would be reason for this reading. I have testing machine of highOneTouch.
Thanks in advance.

Oops. I wish to say the insulin that I take is " mixtard 30/70 " or 70/30 what ever.
Secondly, I wanted to say the blood glucose monitoring machine That I use is "ONETOuCH". Auto spell check messed up my wordings in my above post.
I also said I eat dry fruit but got auto corrected as HF nuts. Sorry about this as well.

@Sridhar
i think you are taking more carbs crossing 100g max limit. Better if you bring carbs to around 50 g per day. Count carbs you are taking.
Yes, I also observed that long wheat is helpful to reduce sugar levels, but who are in very tiny stage of sugar levels means below. Pppbs below 200' then only it works, I think when we are giving more and more stress on pancreas by giving high carbohydrates, it gives us diabetis
As per my history, my parents used to take meals normal rice and everything in the morning by 10 o clock , night again meals, nothing else, some times fasting , between meals light fruits and tea. They don't know idly, dosa, pakoda, upma etc, very rarely they eats these, they don't have. Any diabetis till their death, I am following that formulae
