AFTER BREAKING FAST YOU CAN TAKE USUAL MEDICINE. AFTER SAHR TAKE GOOD AMOUNT OF WATER .IF HEALTHY ATTEND THARAVIG PRAYERS .YOU WILL BE COMFORTABLE AS I AM DOING FOR TWO DEACDES
