Oranges, sweet lime, Jamun, or olives are excellent fruits for the people who suffer with diabetes, Berries(Raspberries, Blackberries,Cranberries) are a diabetes super food because they're packed with antioxidants, vitamins. Fruits you should not eat are Banana,Grapes.
Choose whole fruits more often than juices. Whole fruits have more fiber. Citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines, are best. Drink fruit juices that do NOT have added sweeteners or syrups.
Mango, pineapple and banana may be avoided.
