Control or cure for diabetese

If some one is advised insulin when sugar is not under control for 2 or 3 months, is there a possiblity of going back to the tablets regimen? Are there methods to reactivate the pancreas to avoid medicines thru natural diet, exercise, or yoga, etc.

Please do not think about what is to be done in future.Diabetes is too complex and unpredictable that you have to go by what is the position now and proceed accordingly.particularly about diet control and medication.And you need not be concerned too much about insulin.At least it is free of any side effects,but you have to be careful about hypo.
