I have been advised by a very senior ayurvedic physician stationed at Bangalore to take water boiled with `cuttings' of touch me not plant. It has produced wonderfull results after regualar use for about three months. My LDL Cholostrol level has come down from 200+ levels to around 100. I am advised to pluck the touch me not plant with roots. wash and dry them not in the hot sun, preferably under shadow or rooms below a fan, cut into small pices, lef, stems and roots, store the cut pieces in dark, cold place (in a closed jar in a fridge or so) take about a lable spoon of cut pieces and put them into 2 to 3 litres of water, boil it for about 5 minutes, store the whole liquid with the boiled cut pieces of touch me not plant in a large thermoflask, use a strainer and take out the hot water as frequently as you want to quench the thirst. I have developed a technique of using this hot water to further boil green tea / assamese blacktea and carry it in flasks for my regular drinking. I have observed the positive side of this use of water boiled using cuttings of touch me not plant. .....inserted in public interest by V.J.K. NAIR, Bangalore, India
