Presently Iam taking Ayurvedic pills . As per advise of the doctor, I have to follow diet controls.Pl inform usual diet controls for this ?

Presently Iam taking Ayurvedic pills for asthama and diabetic.As per the advise of the doctor, I have to take this pills once in two days.But he advised me to take b daily chapaties,two bottles of warm water in the morning with empty stomach and boiled curries with ground nut and coconut powder mix without oil and salt.Can we follow this. also he informed to take water after two hours of completion of food.Pl reply me.

Follow your doctor. We do not know what he has given you. Each herb has its own requirement. If you do not trust yr doctor then why did u go to him? One thing i can advise, with this diet, practice Brahmcharya strictly. This kind of diet cannot produce much, don't ruin yr body. Wait patiently till you are healed. Then the world is your oyster

Please go for diabetic profile test in a reputed lab and let me know the result along with what you are taking.Diabetes complications are many.It is necessary to have good control over it to avoid complications at a later date.By the by since when you are diabetic, please let me know.

Iam suffering from diabetic,bp and asthama problem since three years.As per advise of the doctor,Iam daily taking gemer one,telemicertan active and modlip asg 75.However recently I have met one ayurvedic doctor and he advised me to take ayurvedic pills in addition to english medicines.

Presently Iam taking Ayurvedic pills for asthama and diabetic.As per the advise of the doctor, I have to take this pills once in two days.But he advised me to take daily chapaties,two bottles of warm water in the morning with empty stomach and boiled curries with ground nut and coconut powder mix without oil and salt..He also advised me not to take tea,coffee.Can we follow this,. also he informed to take water after two hours of completion of food.Pl

advise whether I can follow this reply me.

It is good you are on medication in addition to Ayurvedic medicine.Please get diabetic profile done in a reputed lab.The report will help you to assess the present state of health.You can decide what to do after you get the report.Please share the report.
