Chandra Ji! Unless it is some top secret, please share your nutrition techniques in this forum and it will spread to everyone outside Karnataka also. Believe me, you will get loads of blessings and good wishes if you can help people control BS.
I live in Bangalore. Please let me know how to contact you.
I am 60-year-old high diabetic staying in Mumbai. I want to know more about your medication. I shall be grateful if you can send me details via my e-mail id: krishnanaz_2007@yahoo.co.in
everybody is requesting to send it to their respectieve email id. once you have openly declared it, why dont you disclose it to the general public, unless you have some business mind?
Thank you for expressing your interest in knowing details for controlling diabetes.
As you are already aware Diabetes can not be controlled by addressing its symptoms ie the rise in blood sugar level.
The result is either slow progress or stagnation but no reversal
Side effects of the drugs, drug interaction, and degenerative diseases
The best approach is to
1. Proper nutrition
2. Appropriate and adequate exercise
3. Sufficient rest
4. Reducing stress
But we never know and many times do not want to know how to manage these four parameters specially No 1 and No.4 because it cannot be measured by any physical yardstick
Result is again Slipping back to old habits and losing control.
When I say nutrition, your conventional knowledge of food and balanced diet does not help because that creates a wide gap between the requirement and supply of nutrients.
If you can acquire this knowledge by referring/studying latest information and/or if you know a right nutritionist who can guide you properly you can go ahead. Two books I can suggest here are " What your Doctor doesn't know about nutritional medicine may be killing you" by Doctor Ray Strand " Optimal Health revolution by Doctor Duke Johnson
Before adopting the approach you should get answer for following questions
Can I improve my health for sure?
Can improvement in health be medically measured?
Can I practice it at home by learning it so that I need not be a permanent pationt to one more doctor/nutritionist?
Can I teach it to some one if and when I want ?
Verify the answers to your satisfaction before starting.
If you are not satisfied, you have choice to either follow or not to follow.
MR.CHANDRA BHATT,If you are interested in sharing your views to help other diabetes friend, please explain in open forum. Its very helpful. If you give yr contact no.&e.mail,oh...its pure commercial.Ok if u r commercial u can make money. Some friends are very soft in paying, but be careful.
Please note that it is not a magic pill. I have asked you to contact a good nutritionist to get more information. It is a time consuming person specific issue. It is not fair on anybody's part to sit on the seat of judgement without knowing full facts.
