Diabetics has to be treated properly. Without treatment it cannot be cured.Please don't fall prey to superstitious belief and propaganda. There is no miracle other than treatment. Be careful. The life is yours and live it in a pleasant manner. Good luck.

Pl. follow THREE important steps-

1. Regular moderate exercise - 4k.m. walking on - preferably- plain road.Daily

2. Distributed and moderate food in-take - Distribute ur food in-take over 6-7 times -Avoid Sweets and carbo-hydrades. Take proteins and fibred food amply AVOID SLEEPING IN DAYTIME. Food intake be restricted to 1500-1800 calories in the entire day. Take More at Breakfast, moderate at Lunch and light at dinner.

3. Check your Fasting and PP sugar level regularly.Consult your phycian in case of variations
