Preferable breakfast and evening snacks for sugar patient ?

Sir I am diabetic my pp and random (two hours after lunch ) is high , fbs 100 , pp 170 , random 200 , I am taking insulin 20 and 16 and also glimperide 3 mg , metformin sr 1500 mg , kindly advice me breakfast and evening snacks. Pl advice

I am suggesting a break fast that my earlier clinic used to serve after fasting samle was taken

-green salad with out dressing.

-boiled beans with light seasoning

-one or two idli or dosa with minimum oil

-coffee or tea without sugar
