There is hope
Hi all - I wanted to update everyone on a positive experience and to hopefully debunk some of the myths. For context I live in the Republic of Ireland and also have private medical insurance (this is very common in Ireland). 55, male and generally fit. I was having episodes of waking up, bolt upright

Healthy Skin From The Inside-Out
There’s an old saying that it’s what’s on the inside that counts, and that’s very true in relation to your health, including that of your skin. He recommended that I begin taking an every other day dose of Iron Sulfate and Vitamin C. Has anyone experience with this treatment. A friend told me that this could help my cancer proliferate

Hyaluronic acid test anyone?
Hi there all, Quick question - I've just discovered - been delving into my husband's medical notes and letters that he had a hyaluronic serum test just back in June. This was because the liver doctor was bemused at his fibroscan result which she says showed no cirrhosis. Now, I know for a fact that
