Anyone who has extreme Anxiety & "Inward tremors" (as he describes them), please share what you do, and/or meds you make take that helps. Tremors are worse also, takes 25/100 carbo/levo 6 times a day & is on Neuro patch 4 mg

Thanks for any ideas

Have him try B1 vitamin. Have you read about it here in HU?

Yes, I have & see that many patients use it. Can't get him to buy into it.

CBD oil. I find it works well for anxiety.

When the honey do list makes my tremor worse I take a squirt.

He has CBD oil, & occasionally will use it. Sometimes he says it helps other times not so much.

What brand do you rely on? There are so many now, hard to know which claims are really true!

Thanks!

This is very complicated to resolve since anxiety brings high tremor results and having them internally is even more difficult. CBD gummies twice a day to keep him more calm with the off peak period late morning and use it in place of all the sleeping pills that made things worst. The Stalevo was reduced from four to two per day because he was over medicated and that brought hallucinations and delirium as well. The Neupro patch is used for stiffness but cut back to only 1/2 patch and sometimes creates more anxiety than help. It has been a roller coaster to try and balance all issues and anxiety which is only the so-called 'tip of the iceberg' that needs more study results.

Xanax might be worth a thought, I had reports of significant experiencing of reduced perceived body and skin temperature (less sweating and a feeling of being in front of an air conditioner, which could be decreased blood flow or decreased heat production in skeletal muscles or an increase in evaporation off the skin, both maybe suggesting possible muscle relaxation), but I never looked into the specific action of what created the effect). Might mean some relaxation of either smooth or striated muscle. I'd ask a neurologist. All "similar" anxiolytics are not created equal. See a neurologist about it.

Klonopin has helped me with anxiety and tremors. Worth a try.
