I totally understand — it was hard for me too. I only managed headstands with the help of my yoga teacher. Inverted poses really helped with balance, blood flow to the brain, and even fear.

I don’t post much online, but I shared one workout and a few photos documenting my transformation on Twitter. I’m not sure if I can share the link here — but feel free to message me if you’d like to see it.

Cześć Wojtek, I'm 71 years old, diagnosed with Parkinson's some 8 years ago. I read your book from cover to cover. It's (you are) very inspiring, extremely motivating. The desire to share your personal experience and to encourage others to "move their cheese" is a success. And completely in line with the spirit of my idol David Goggins. I admire Cristiano Ronaldo. A person living with Parkinson’s should have his mindset — discipline, resilience, and the will to keep pushing no matter what.
