I believe that it is not yet available in the US, unlike in the UK and a few countries.

I'm going to think about it. I would like to hear from ones that have used also. I'm from the US so I'm not sure when it will be sent over here. It works at all, it seems like a good price. 🥊😊

we are on the waiting list for it and I get emails from them regularly so the last time I got an email I sent them an email and asked if they could give us a ball park idea of when we might be able to get it

email I received today: We are working our hardest to bring the CUE1 to the US as soon as possible and are already in the process of FDA approval. I have double checked our records and can confirm your position on the waiting list. This puts you in line to be offered the CUE1 as soon as the CUE1 becomes available in the States. We are currently working hard to manufacture enough CUE1s to provide everyone on the waiting list with one as soon as possible, but there are a number of factors that make this process slightly slow and unpredictable.

Your sign up was in October, placing you among the middle of the list, and so as we must respect the running order I'm afraid we won't be able to offer you your CUE1 as part of our first release in the US. It is difficult to predict exactly when we will be able to but we will of course keep you updated with our manufacturing progress and alert you as soon as we reach your position on the list and have gained regulatory approval from the States.

Hi John The charco is still not fully available in the UK as yet, my hubby is on the waiting list and has been for about 6 months.

Looks promising tho.

We have our Cue 1 being delivered this coming Monday 4th April (we live in London). I have been tracking Charco Neurotech for a while and signed up to their waiting list early on. They are coming to the house to set my husband up (he has Parkinson's) and will be happy to report back.

Let's hope this is not a postcode lottery as all I read in the in the newsletter I recieve every month is that the lucky people down south are recieving theirs. We are in Scotland and are forever hopeful.

I will ask!

Thank you.We all get our hopes built up for anything new that will hopefully help with conditions and illnesses but everything always takes forever to be available, like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey huh.

Just chatting to my hubby about it and it is actual a fair bit longer than 6 months that he has been on the waiting list.

Due to this pandemic we lost track of time.

Thank s again

Pretty sure it isn't a postcode lottery. We went on the waiting list at the earliest opportunity in 2020 and have just been able to order the device (we live in the midlands). Our set up appointment is in May, although I have asked if they could just send it to me so that we have it for our holiday in in a couple of weeks' time. I'm really hoping it helps my husband with his mobility and posture. I will report back on its efficacy.Charco are saying that everyone on the waiting list should be offered the device by the second half of this year. I understand that the delay has been due to difficulties getting parts during the COVID years and they are now in a catch-up phase.

how is the device working for you? Thanks

Actually my husband stopped wearing it for a while as it made no difference. He has been in contact with Cue and, commendably, they are keen to visit to try and get it working and so has resumed wearing it, but it is not connecting to the app on his phone. I hope the visit from Cue might move this on a bit for him.

Ok... so... I went on the waiting list in September 2020 and received my CUE1 in early February just gone.

The first couple of days I didn't really notice much difference, then all of a sudden it dawned on me that my balance had improved a lot and that stiffness and slowness were improved too. I don't think it does a lot for my tremor but could be wrong. Everyone is different so don't be put off by this.

If you've got questions, email the team at Charco, they are lovely and very approachable.

Has the Cue 1 made any improvements for you? Thanks

Yes, as I posted above. As this thread is a year old, you might try starting a new thread of your own to seek reponses from those who began using a CUE1 since then.

Hi, BootsOn. Are you wearing it daily? The improvents you mentioned - are they increasing, stable or raising? Any side effects?

Yes - Stable - None

Not here yet, just a waiting list and it looks like it will be over $400 dollars when available. That's significantly less than a red light crown. Interesting!

The results seem to be quick with the device on, but their details could be more thorough :

Got this reply to my emails inquiring about CUE1 and my position in the queue.

..........................................................................................................................................................................................

Dear XXX,

Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch with us!

We are working our hardest to bring the CUE1 to the US as soon as possible and are already in the process of FDA approval. This approval is necessary in order for us to make the CUE1 widely available in the US.

We are planning to RRP the device at £295 which when converted would be $385, however this may be subject to change due to manufacturing costs.

Thank you very much for confirming your waiting list entry!

I have double checked our records and can confirm your position on the waiting list under the email address YYYYYYY@gmail.com. This puts you in line to be offered the CUE1 as soon as the CUE1 becomes available in the States. We are currently working hard to manufacture enough CUE1s to provide everyone on the waiting list with one as soon as possible, but there are a number of factors that make this process slightly slow and unpredictable.

Your sign up was in December 2020 which places you among the earlier sign ups, and so as we must respect the running order we are hoping to offer you your CUE1 as part of our first few releases in the US. It is difficult to predict exactly when we will be able to but we will of course keep you updated with our manufacturing progress and alert you as soon as we reach your position on the list and have gained regulatory approval from the States.

I hope this was able to help and if there is anything further I can do for you, please do let me know :)

Many thanks,

Emaan from Charco
