I wish they would do more to get approval in the US since we have been on the wait list for a long time and it doesn't appear that this will be available here anytime soon

My husband has had his for 10 months now. Wears it everyday, places the device either side of his chest area with the device touching his collar bone. He has found this the best place.

It has helped with his gait when walking, he has never had freezing of gait but it is supposed to be helpful with that. He does notice the difference if he forgets to wear it when out walking. He doesn’t suffer with a lot of tremor and that hasn’t changed. There is quite a lot of information if you look on this previous post.

I have one - I find it helps with slowness - I can walk a lot faster with it ( a usually 60 minute walk was 47 minutes) felt energised and was really striding out

I got a really bad reaction to fastening so hadn’t used it so much ( tend to put it down my bra!)

I go to a PD exercise class and I lent my Cue 1 to someone on the waiting list ( he wasn’t at the last class but other people who saw him recently said he was loving it and even his speech had improved) hopefully see him this week so I can get it back and I’ll feed back on improvements

I’m keen to use it again as I’m very rigid a lot of the time now and it’s supposed to help. Doesn’t help my tremor but not much does- it’s only bad when I’m off ( generally when I’m off the Cue 1 seems to agitate me)

After seeing your post I went on website for further information. I placed my husband on wait list then received an email informing that we cannot get it as it has not been approved in US. Does anyone know how a USA resident can obtain one?

I am in the US but would be willing to travel to the UK if I could get one. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I live in the UK and got one but don’t feel it does much for me. I used it for a couple of weeks and was hoping it would help with my FOG but didn’t notice any difference. I would sell on if you are interested? I have the original box and extra patches for fixing it in place. I can send pics if you want?

My husband has been using his for about a month. We definitely feel it is helping but would like to make some adjustments within the app to see if we can improve on this. Unfortunately even though I have contacted support no one has got back to me so it's a case of trial and error

we have had a lot of contact with them regarding the Cue 1 . I know they are very busy but usually get back to us within a day. We also had a zoom call with one of the technicians. Might be worth trying again to email them.

We are in the US and have been on the wait list for a long time, and also understand that it is not yet 'available' in the US, unfortunately, as my husband would be glad to be able to obtain any benefit it might offer.
