Just saw on our TV news about a new small device that you wear on your chest. It sends vibrating signals which help the brain . Many have been helped . Has anyone tried this or know about it. Thanks

You should join one of Marc's Zoom calls. You will be able to talk to people that have used the CUE.

Hi Bolt, for all those members who, like me, are not familiar with English, it remains difficult to partecipate in Marc's Zoom. So that it doesn't become a private matter, it would be useful if what was discussed was later shared with the others. Thank you very much.

My husband has been using this device since last August. Definitely helps with stride when walking and with movement. He hasn’t worn it for a week as it has a fault with switching on and off and we re awaiting a replacement. Walking pace hasn’t been as good so it definitely helps with that. Lots of posts on here about it. It’s been around for a few years in the U.K. and they are trying to expand at the moment.

My husband (who was diagnosed 18 years ago) has one, been using it a couple of months but not sure if it is helping or not. He's not at all in touch with his own body, is not very mobile due to pain mainly and is often quite negative as well as having cognitive problems so it's difficult to tell if the Cue1 is helping or not.

I have been using the Cue on and off since last summer. I didn’t think it was helpful but recently I was without it for a few weeks as the battery died after it got wet. After using the replacement for a few days I noticed a definite difference in walking fluency and it enabled me to reduce my medication.

For anyone interested in the CUE1, Lucy Jung, the CEO of the company that produces the device, will be taking part to a live No silverBullet Zoom webinar in July. Stay tuned for more details.

Looks fabulous. Yesterday, went to a PD Living Well Event here in upper NYS, US. One of the booths was Cue1. Learned not yet available in the US as they are currently seeking FDA approval.

However, Cue1 reps did mention this could be purchased out-of-pocket (don't know the price) with a prescription from a doctor.

it has helped some people with this according to their website. This isn’t one of my husbands symptoms so I can’t advise about this one. It might be worth trying it as they offer a money back guarantee if it doesn’t help you. It isn’t a very expensive so would be worth trying. There is a waiting list.

I tried this for 2-3 months and didn't notice any improvement in symptoms. I'm young onset. The company was very helpful and friendly to deal with.

My HWP is number 4 on the waiting list and should hear something very soon. He joined in September 2022 and was 343rd on the waiting list. We are hoping he gets some improvements with this. Some do, some don't.
