We purchased a vibrating machine. Husband uses it every day, mostly for relaxing muscles and stiffness. I am sure it can provide more benefits . . . Some time ago, there was a post about vibration and vibrating machines and their benefits.

Is it similar to this?

Different type, same outcome.

This is what we have.

Woman can use vibrating machines too 😋

I wonder whether this being small and able to be worn all the time even when sleeping would be an advantage but seems expensive for what it is.

Chriswf mind out of gutter please we are having a serious discussion here.

Yes, it could be a better option. Didn't know about this product when I bought mine. All I know is that it helps my husband tremendously every morning. He is on it for about 30 min. Loosens up his whole body.

Wow a good investment then. I’m not sure they are quite the same then. Yours sounds like it is quite a solid vibration, but this wrist one sounds like it might not be quite as vigorous.

Two different approaches, same result? Don't know. Husband is happy with our vibrating machine.

I wonder if I can hire one. I don't like to buy expensive things these days as most of the time he refuses to try new things.

I don't know if you can hire one, unlikely in the US.

I have a vibrating platform which I find useful for a general shake up. It seems to me that the Apollo device, which I am only learning about, is useful as a way of changing your mood rather than directly affecting your body. A kind of Neurofeedback device. If mood can be controlled and relaxation accessed then perhaps symptoms would decrease ...

Yes, you are right!

Well I know this is Totally different, not vibrating but I have bought one of these as I saw it in a shop. It is a TENs machine with EMS electronic muscle stimulation as well. He was first reluctant but after 30 minutes on his feet on EMS wanted more. Then he had TENS on his shoulders for 30 minutes. Seemed to like it and felt a bit better after it so Well see if it is helping after a few weeks. It had money back guarantee so I thought I might as well give it a shot!

Excellent! He will benefit from using it. Actually, my son, who is into a lot of physical activities, including basket ball, had bought it and recommended it to my husband (dad). At first, husband was negative, reluctant to buy it, but after using our son's vibrating machine, he decided it helped him and ordered it. Now, I can't get him away from it. :)

Hi Tina

Is it the vibration plate or the revitive that your husband gets the benefit from please?

It’s funny you mention it. I need some thing: I was having this wonderful day today and then got stressed and upset. I mean stressed upset in terms of had to get some stuff done other things came up people are annoyed etc. and now I can’t walk hardly! And my dyskinesia has kicked in. So something like that is a real argument for learning relaxation somehow.
