I have shared this link before, but you may not have seen it. I have been taking 900 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside (TruNiagen brand) for years. The Related links at the end of the article are also worth reading.

I too am taking Nicotinamide Riboside (TruNiagen brand) 600mg each morning

I have been reading through old posts and what I glean is:-

1. Cheap niacin does not hv the same effect as NR or NMN

One is a sirtuin inhibitor whereas the other does the opposite

NR does not hv negative effect on liver whereas too much niacin could.

2. I read a post by Sharon C that there was no conclusive proof that NR helped.

Does that mean I should change to 1 g of NMN? Certainly less costly than truniagen.
