And suddenly yestarday, can't explain why, my ebook becomes a bestseller on Amazon brain diseases category.😃

I wrote this book with the intent to help others, specially more recent diagnosed people, trying to leave some clues and to show that we can still have a fullfiled life with Parkinson's. This is probably a glitch in the algorithm, although that the original version has won the Editor's Choice Prize for best Non-ficcion Book in 2023 (Cordel d'Prata Editions).

This is english translated version of my book "Running on hope", about how I have been managing my Parkinson's Disease for16 years and the importance of lifestyle changes and it's impact on disease progression, Also tells my story that i had posted here some chapters about my FUS surgery in Switzerland. It's a book about life and resilience, on living with PD
