Less sleep feeling better

Any one find this? I can sleep no problem 10 to 12 hours and I wake up not feeling great.

If I get woken up say after 5 hours sleep my pd symptoms are less during the day.

Be well

I don't sleep more than two hours at a time, usually with about seven hours cumulative. When I have an early appointment that only allows 4-5 hours sleep (occasionally less) I function quite well, sometimes better than with more sleep, I think.

Yes I agree. If I sleep 8+ hours I feel a lot worse with PD symptoms but only sleep 5 - 6 hours I feel much better.
