I need some help to find a sleep aid that work . I get very shaky when my medicine wears off at the end of the day. I've tried Melatonin but it doesn't slow my shaking down enough to sleep. HELP What does everyone take to help them sleep?

I have been using this device prior to bed to reduce my tremors. Seem to do a pretty good job. I have only been using it for a few days so far:

Which of the 3 vibration settings do you use? It seems to make my tremor worse.

Just goes to show how different we all are. I use the lowest setting.

I do some breathing exercises in bed right before sleeping and it’s working

cbn and lavender and melatonin and a little thc all in one gummy. I get about 6 hours of sleep each night because of these. I don’t know if cannabis is legal where you are but if it is you should try it.

What is the strength of the various ingredients in the gummy? Thanks!

5 mg thc, 5 mg cbn and 0.5 mg melatonin

Different folks have diff solutions--I have tried C.A.L.M. For winter I have got "weighted blanket (130lbs). This has worked for me.

Doesn't the blanket make you too warm?

It is breathable. I do not use it for warm summers. Also,, there are other varieties that are knitted and not completely solid. You can choose lower weights too.

Some people I heard use CBD. I don't

I just saw your message. Are you sleeping now? I feel neurologists never emphasise enough how important sleep is for our brain and even more so for the progression of Parkinson’s. So getting good sleep would be a top priority for me.

The advice below are all excellent ones.

I used to have the same problem, I would eventually fall asleep but wake up to a repetitive rough sound. The sound of tremor of my hand, against my bed sheet…

If it doesn’t work, levodopa in slow release formulation such as sinemet CR.

Good luck
