Better sleep with intermittent fasting!

Hi all. Just wanted to report that I’m trying intermittent fasting. Top result after 3 days is better sleep. Less brain fog. Plus all symptoms are at a minimum. I’m just having the first meal at 11 am and no eating after 7 pm.

That's interesting. I'm glad you have had good results. Do you have any coffee in the morning before11?

Happy to hear intermittent fasting is helping you. My Hwp tried it for 3 months and between that, and trying to time food away from his C /L doses he lost 5 lbs in 3 months. This is not a good thing for him, as he is 76 and is loosing weight which he does not need to do. Fast walking 45 minutes, wt training, boxing ..can't get enough calories in, and the intermittent fasting really seemed to contribute to that rapid weight loss.So just be aware and weigh yourself often if weight loss is something you want to avoid.
