Can anyone having botox injections for Blephorospasm (involuntary closure of the eyelids) let me know whether this has successfully treated the condition.

Alternatively does anyone use complimentary therapies to treat this condition successfully.

Hi Crystal,

I have the Botox injections for last 15 Years when I was diagnosed with blepharospasm and then focal dystonia. I had injections every 3 month. it does help, but also have some side effects: sometimes I had bruises under my eyes, dry eyes. Whithout having the Botox injections I would not be able to see anything.

I hope it help.
