Thiamine HCl plus allithiamine

Over this past week I stopped c/l my tremor became more troublesome especially trying to sleep. This night I took a dose allithiamine. It appears to help.

4g Thiamine HCI does not appear to help alone? You suggest that a low dose of allithiamine or at least their synergy is more potent for your tremors than a megadose of HCI alone ?

Roy, I'm very well aware you're following the Dr Costantini Thiamine HCI recommendations. However you made the following statement on your thread:

So what was this dose of allithiamine?

It appeared slight help. 50mg. I with hold judgement for 1 week as I try adding 100mg / day allithiamine

Thanks for the reply. Maybe you need to communicate this with Dr Costantini for possible dose re-adjustment if you don't see any further improvement with tremors.

It is reported he says tremor is resistant and may need more time on thiamine hcl

Have you tried Kemadrin for tremors? I suggest taking Mucuna instead of C/L

By the absence of most symptoms, including constipation w/ exception of tremor.

well i take it in tablet form,, same as b1.3 times a day..with other different mds.im keeping on top of things.my days are getting better.

well 1 tablet 100 mg thiamine...3 times a day..1 mannitol 40 mg..280,s 3 times a day..1 1 tablet sifrol 0.125mg 3 times a day..some times 1 or 2madopar 125 a day maybe none depends how i feel..plus my full strength madopar.1, 3 times a day.

200/50 hikoi.for me its much better than others,as i had problems with them.but some countrys dont sell madopar.i dont know why
