Increased stiffness and Thiamine HCL

Is it possible that my stiffness has increased due to the use of Thiamine HCL? Especially in the early morning (around 5 o'clock) I have a lot of problems. As a result I sleep less well. Help, what can I do?

Might you be on too high a dose? Stop B1 for at least five days then restart at half the previous dose.

I tend to wake up with a lot of stiffness which I work out by doing Yoga first thing after getting out of bed. I also prefer to spend no more than 5-6 hours in bed for this reason.

Thank you! I also begin the day with yoga. But I'd have to be a little less stiff by then. So first I take a mucuna or madopar. You don't have to take any medication in advance.

I take Sinemet CR several times daily so I have continuous coverage.

Thanks for your answers.

I'm taking madopar 100/25 sustained release for the night. Unfortunately I don't notice much of it.
