Vedolizimub - is my immune system stronger now as my HPV has gone since on Vedo

I was on azaphoprine for over 10 years for UC that damaged my liver so after trying several other meds I am now on Vedolizimub.

As some of us may be aware these meds also reduce your immune system so unable to fight certain infections including HPV.

Over 2 years ago I was diagnosed with HR HPV CIN and had leep procedure. However after a year it was back. My gynaecologist said I may need hysterectomy if my immune system can’t fight the virus due to me being on azaphoprine etc.

i’m now on vedolizimub and my HPV has now almost cleared and I do not need a hysterectomy which is fantastic.

Does anyone think this is due to being on Vedo which only affects some of the immune system?

Many thanks
