Fistula and swollen lower face

Hello, our son's Crohn's symptoms are an anal fistula and a swollen lower lip. He is scheduled to have his first Remacade infusion in 2 weeks but recently his entire lower face and gums are starting to get more swollen: should we wait for 2 weeks? It took more than 6 months to get a diagnosis. He saw multiple specialist (autoimmune , allergy and infectious disease specialists) They all took his fistula for a common boil until we saw our family dermatologist who was right on. Apparently the fistula type of Crohn's is more rare. If you have any experience with this type, could you please give us some insight ? Does the Remacade treatment work well for this kind? What are the common side effects on children? Thank you.
