I have chronic pain , Chrons and stage 3 kidney disease as well as other issues. I use fentanyl patch 37 strength and my gp has just changed my tablet pain medication from OxyContin 5mg to zomorph 10mg as they are trying to cut my opioids down. could anyone please tell me if they have used this and if it helped them. I take a lot of other medications as well but this is the one I would like advice on please. Thank you.
