I was diagnosed with non-specific colitis. Doctor did not give any food to avoid except raw ones.
But aren't there foods i need to avoid tho? What diet do you follow?

I have Crohn's and avoid quite a lot of foods. I don't eat anything that has a tough skin, eg jacket potato. I only eat white carbs, no high fibre brown stuff. I can't eat fried food. I am totally caffeine free. I don't eat any seeds or nuts and I also stick with no raw foods like your doc suggested. I think it's more about noticing what makes your symptoms worse as it can be quite an individual thing. Maybe eat a bland safe diet and then add things to see if they affect you so you can rule them out. Good luck with your journey.
There is no "best diet" you eat what you can tolerate and avoid what you can't tolerate. We are all different in what we can eat, I limit all veg and fruit, only have white bread and no nuts, beans or seeds but you may be fine with these, it's trial and error ! Just don't get to obsessed with it 😉
Potato, squash white bread no raw green vegetables, limit red meat, solely olive oil.
