Feeling Anxious

I have COPD and sometimes suffer panic attacks. I'm scheduled for a first ever endoscopy and I'm worried how I will cope with tubes down my throat.

Any advice on how to prepare and handle myself so I don't panic.

You could request to be sedated where you are awake but do not remember anything, hope all goes well for you.
