Any advice on cancelled treatment!!

I was diagnosed with pelvic dysfunction, levator-ani syndrome, Dysfunctional Bowel with colitis, slow transit colon and bladder incontinence.

I receive bladder injections for severe incontinence which had 80%success, my next round of injections are due as I am now back to 5pads an hour. I also receive botox injections into pelvic floor which aims to lessen painful spasms. I see my specialist physio every 2wks who supports me with daily trans-anal irrigation and managing manual extraction. She also does vaginal trigger point therapy as my pubirectalis muscle"locks" resulting in excruciating spasms and inability to have a Bowel motion normally.

Due to coronovirus I fully appreciate the cancelling of appointments I'm just worried that without treatment my pain is going to escalate and worried about Bowel complications. I can increase pain meds but that means I will be fairly out of it and not be able to function.

Would really appreciate any advice to help manage my symptoms I feel terrible as I know there are a lot of people worse off than me.

I would suggest you contact your GI team,(or physio) and speak directly with them. If you can't get through then call your GP. Good luck.
