Stricture because of forgetfulness

Finished my colonoscopy 2 hours ago.

I have a stricture, the problem is I always forget to take my medication.

I couldn’t feel the stricture at all.

My doctor is so angry at me 😓

How do I remind myself to take my medication, does anyone have any suggestions? I’m so forgetful.

Lots and lots of reminders and alarms on your phone! And sticky notes etc around the house, mainly places you go often, life can get in the way or just simply a forgetful person I was the same I still am but I’m getting there and you will too! Like I said plenty or reminders and notes around the house :) xx

You can get alarmed pill boxes that will fit into pockets or handbags, some people find these useful, however you have to remember to fill them and set the alarm!

That’s so interesting, I’ve never heard of alarm pill boxes. I’ll make sure to check them out, thanks for the awesome suggestion 😁👍🏼
