Well here I am again . Started again in January but defeated by the weather and lack of motivation..etc. etc. So signed up for another Race for Life and gone back to the beginning so W1R1 done today . Fantastic weather today long may it last x

Brilliant! I had to start again after a year's lapse for medical treatment and found it all just fine. Now on w8 run 2 at some point you realise that you are really enjoying it!!!

I've also started the plan again after graduating last September then getting an injury. Currently on week 6 - still using these boards for motivation, you are all so brill! Good luck and well done on getting back into it xxx
