What a lovely day! I just needed a long sleeve top today but I had a fleece as well. I had a slight problem with Laura today as she went back to the beginning after the third run. My fault as I wanted to adjust my laces but hit rewind instead of pause. I have no forward wind on my player so maybe in a few weeks that's another bit of kit I could get. I have an original iPod shuffle. It was a freebee from my husband's work so I'm not complaining.

I used the 5 minute walk as 2 runs and walk but I'm sure my second run was a little shorter than it should have been! My calf is a bit tight so lots of stretches before week 2. I can't believe I actually stuck to this. Roll on week 2.

Well done. I know what it's like losing the podcast. I use an ancient MP3 that I found on the road. Today I started one of the 5+ podcasts but in trying to take my jacket off I lost the podcast. I didn't realise until I suddenly noticed I was listening to Rush! It can really throw you though.
