2 months off - excuses galore - but I'm a runner again!

After 2 months of snow, flu, colds and just aversion to biting cold weather, I took myself in order this morning - 123, don't think just do it - and it worked - feel great and "Serene" is serene again! Managed the full 5K despite the gap and my spirits and energy feel really lifted. If anyone reading this has fallen by the wayside too, "just do it", "because you're worth it" :)
