Today I ran for the first time, feeling pleased I finished it, although rather concerned how out of breath I am. Massive motivation now. :-)

Well done Samiah, you've done the hardest part which is getting off the couch, you now just need to follow and more importantly Trust in the Plan! Your breathing and recovery will get better, the first few runs, like most here, I felt I was dieing, puffing and wheezing, sweat rolling off me!

Great start, the first run is very often the hardest because stepping out the door is tricky!
