I absolutely LOVE C25K!!

So after a disappointing first run (week 1 run 1) last week, I have found a speed of running that suits me. I was able to complete the last two runs of week one and noticed between them I found the last run physically and mentally easier. I've spent my rest days eagerly waiting for them to end so I can get back outside to run again! I did week 2 run 1 today and (by keeping a very slow pace) found the transition wasn't a struggle at all, but was actually enjoyable!

I'm so glad I've found this community, you're all excellent at keeping everyone positive. :)
