Parkrun 99 for Easter then? I think I'm going to go for parkrun number 2!

Bit of a delayed response! I was away for the Easter weekend, and had trouble logging on. I had a migraine Friday evening, so didn't go out Sat. But I've had a really good start for the first 3 days of the 5x50 challenge, running 6.2k, walking 6.5 k and today running 5k - so now I need to take it a bit easier, before I overdo things (my legs feel like they're filled with lead!)

I suspect the three rest days (I did some yoga, but no walking or running) before Sunday helped me to do the 6.2k run - the longest I've done so far, so maybe missing parkrun wasn't such a bad thing in the end.

I shall look out for next Saturday's blog from you - hope it's a nice sunny day again.
