So hard to get through the door today. However...

I don't think I've ever had a run that was so hard to get out the door! To be fair to me it was crazily snowing (it's spring!) and I've just come home from uni so all me running stuff was strewn all over the house.

Thankfully I did finally manage to get out and go for the run and I'm so pleased I did! I was absolutely freezing but it didn't matter because this was the run I finally realised that it wasn't a struggle... I could run 5 minutes happily without feeling out of breath! I think I've got to the point where I can see the change this plan is making, so to any newbies to c25k out there, don't give up!

It really, truly works and I've finally seen that today!

Happy running!

Good for you for forcing yourself out the door. :-) I didn't quite make it myself. Just the thought of trying to run for 25 minutes in this weather just didn't fill me full of enthusiasm.

I have to agree with Caz1_ca. I usually find it's forcing myself to make those first steps out of the door that are the hardest part. Once i get going, and especially, once I've finished the run, I usually feel glad I made the effort.

Well done for doing it in this crazy weather.

Well done! I agree - it was hard to get out of the door today, but worth it in the end. It's lovely when you can really feel that you are making progress. Keep on making yourself get out there! :)
