Well with much shock I gave a big rather embarrassing cheer when finished my 20 mins run !!

Not going to lie it was hard , got my first stitch and at approx 15mins felt like was going to throw up 🀒 but battled on one foot in front of the other and made it.

Its such a leap not having a recovery walk

So week 6 Starts Monday morning as having a weekend off..

Well done DF! Its hard to believe how far you've come in such a short period of time! Imagine whats possible over the coming weeks and months!

See you at the finish line.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ

All runs have or should have a recovery walk after you run, what we call a warm down walk, stretche exercises are also good at the end of a run.
