..Just finished Week 8 run 3 ... I found it hard to get the pace this time ..takes a good 5 minutes to get into a rhythm, and feel I want to go faster to get my legs into a rhythm, but if i go to fast I then get too out of breath. I know week 9 only adds on 2 minutes ... but that seems a long way off

So 28 minutes non-stop? Wow! Great job.
Just think, this time next week you'll be a graduate!

Hang in there, it takes just about everybody 5 to 10 minutes to get into a comfortable pace. It may also have just been one of those not so great running days that happen now and again. BTW, I found W9R1 easier than the last 2 runs of week 8. I think I had 2 bad running days in a row there, so try not to stress about it.
