Four runs left...

.. cannot believe how this running has got into my system. As a total non runner at the start of the year, I went out last night in -2 c temperature, with an added windchill factor making it unbearably cold .... all so I could get my fix of running as it had been two days since my last run.

So just completed week 8 run 2 ... I might make week 9 yet
