Hi runningwild. I've been using Runkeeper throughout C25K. I normally begin the podcast playing on my iPhone, then exit out while it plays and load up and begin Runkeeper. Seems to work fine for me

Great thanks, have just tried it walking round the living room! Don't think 'Runkeeper,' was too impressed though, ha ha! All set for my next run then.

I love runkeeper - I use it with Laura, and without. I've got kind of addicted to the way it tells your pace per k at the end of the run. I set it to tell me every k and it's really nice to know how far you've done,

I have runkeeper set to talk to me every 5 minutes - which is great except when I manage to start it just seconds after Laura, so that the two of them talk at the same time! Maybe I should change it to telling me after each km...

I use runkeeper and my HTC wildfire , although sometimes I have to enter the run manually later because I couldn't get a GPS signal. Like RainbowC i have it set tyo talk to me every 5 minutes. I love it because now that I'm on solid runs I can listen to my own music but still have regular progress checks. The calories used info seems completely random though!
