Feeling very happy with myself as I just ran for 25 minutes - and man am I tired! Really hoping it gets easier - does it? Bring on week 7.

Congratulations! Whether it gets easier seems to be a matter of opinion! Depending somewhat on whether you keep pushing for pace or not, perhaps.

I found keeping the same pace got easier, a bit anyway, if the distance was the same, but when either distance or pace went up, it got harder again.

All good fun anyway!
