As my quad is still not happy I am going to have a day of Yoga, swimming and a sauna. May try the exercise bike, but definitely no treadmill.

Oh well a change is as good as a rest as they say.

Frustrating. I've never tried a sauna, but sounds a good idea for aching parts. Hope it soothed you.

Yes after yoga and a swim my leg feels tons better. Sure the sauna helped as well :)
